DIN-TERMinology Portal
The DIN-TERMinology Portal is your gateway to the DIN terminology database "DIN-TERM", which contains all terms defined in German Standards. The terms in the DIN-TERM database were defined within DIN's Standards Committees and are documented in German national standards, draft standards and specifications, including those based on European and International Standards. In many cases the terms and definitions are available in German, English and French.
Used internally by the DIN Standards Committees, the tri-lingual DIN-TERMinology Portal is also available to the general public for free. Register once to gain access to all search functions. The portal will prove useful not only to those involved in standards work, but also to technical writers, editors and translators, standards managers and officers in businesses, colleges and universities, scientific institutions, patent lawyers, engineers, and internationally active organizations.
